As many as 250 worldwide scientists have signed a United Nations and World Health Organisation petition raising serious concerns against the use of numerous wireless devices and call for protection.

Around 250 scientists from more than 40 countries have signed a petition to the United Nations and WHO warning against potential health risks such as cancer associated with the use of popular wireless technologies due to microwave radiation. AirPods are particularly concerning due to their proximity to the brain, although there is no sufficient research on Bluetooth itself. Scientists are warning that microwave radiation from many popular wireless technologies could pose serious health risks, this petition has quickly collected 250 signatures.

As many as 250 scientists from over 40 countries have conveyed "serious concern" over the radiation generated by wireless devices, defined as the non-ionizing electromagnetic field (EMF).

But the new petitions' authors warn that even these guidelines could be risky - and much more research is needed.

New Zealand mosque shooting updates: Many dead, shooter still active
Bush urged anyone who had meant to visit a mosque in New Zealand not to go, to "close your doors until you hear from us again". A video circulated on social media which appears to be of the gunman entering the Masjid Al Noor mosque, and opening fire.

The debate may still be on regarding whether or not particular devices can cause cancer, what cannot be denied are the emerging studies on the kind of radiofrequency radiation that they all emit, including bluetooth, cellular, and Wi-Fi transmissions showing them to have very real links to cancer.

Apple sold 28 million pairs of their wireless earbuds last year, and 16 million the year before; with a new design said to be on the way this company is set to profit even more, but the real cost is not known.

Many mobile phone users have abandoned their old fashioned earpiece to embrace the new wireless air pods that offer more functionality and style. It goes on to say that the risk of cancer, neurological disorders, and DNA damage that have been associated with EMF exposure can not be ignored.

The scientific jury is still out on the whether or not the particular devices an cause cancer, but animal studies on the kind of radiofrequency radiation that they emit has suggested a link to cancer. The WHO has issued already the guidelines for electromagnetic radiation (EMF), but according to the scientists, even low levels of radiation could already be carcinogenic.

Arsenal's Aubameyang dons Black Panther mask to celebrate Europa League goal
He opened the scoring after a cutback from Aaron Ramsey in the opening five minutes to get Arsenal off to a ideal start. The goals helped Arsenal battle back from a 3-1 first-leg deficit.

EMF is a similar type of radiowave to X-rays or UV but it is not as powerful or intense.

"My concern for AirPods is that their placement in the ear canal exposes tissues in the head to relatively high levels of radio-frequency radiation", said Prof Jerry PhillipsUniversity Of Colorado, who is among the large group of scientists to have signed a petition.

Electromagnetic field radiation has been declared by the International Agency for Research on Cancer as a potential carcinogen.

Avengers: Endgame trailer breakdown
There's also a bit more backstory showing Hawkeye's past, as well as the Avengers brooding over what to do in a post-Thanos world. The latest Marvel Cinematic Universe movie, Captain Marvel , opened in cinemas last week and has been doing very well.
